EXCHANGES & STORE CREDIT RETURN WINDOW

We do not offer refunds currently. Our goal is to encourage a Slow Fashion model. At this time we are offering Store Credits and Exchanges unless the product is defected. The customer has 14 days to initiate an exchange or store credit on the order. Please note, the 14 day window begins when your order is shipped, not when it is delivered.

This also applies toward made-to-order items. The 14 day return window begins once your item is in stock and has been shipped

Please see our policy below regarding items marked as Final Sale. Items noted as Final Sale are not eligible for a return for store credit or exchanges.

EXCHANGE & STORE CREDIT POLICY

We gladly accept exchanges or store credit via our Online Returns Center, at no cost within the US. The item must be in original condition and packaging when returned. We offer pre-paid shipping labels for all exchanges & store credits as well as defective products. We do not offer pre-paid return shipping labels for orders placed outside of the US. The customer is responsible for all International return shipping costs using the shipping carrier of their choice. Initial outbound shipping costs are also non-refundable including and any duties and taxes paid by the customer. However, if you received an item that is defective or damaged that is another story, so please contact us right away at support@vanessamooney.com for assistance.

Late Returns

If you attempt to initiate an exchange or store credit request outside of the allotted return window, our Online Returns Center will reject the request. If an ineligible return is independently shipped back to us without using our Online Returns Center, our warehouse cannot process it and it will be disposed of or shipped back to you at the customer's expense. Please email support@vanessamooney.com for any help you may need or requests.
 

EXCHANGES & STORE CREDITS Outside The United States

We do not offer pre-paid return shipping labels for orders placed outside of the US. The customer is responsible for all International return shipping costs using the shipping carrier of their choice. Initial outbound shipping costs are also non-refundable including and any duties and taxes paid by the customer. However, if you received an item that is defective or damaged that is another story, so please contact us right away at support@vanessamooney.com for assistance.

We do not offer International exchanges at this time. We recommend going through the standard International returns process below, and then placing an entirely new order via our website, using your store credit issued by a customer service representative. Please refer to our standard Return Policy above for more details.


Returning International orders:

  1. Please read our Return Policy, Exchange & Store Credit thoroughly. We reserve the right to refuse any returned merchandise that does not meet our requirements.

  2. Add all returnable item(s) back into their original packaging.

  3. We gladly accept exchanges or store credit via our Online Returns Center,

  4. Include your original packing list, to prove country of origin is US.

  5. Ship us the return package using the carrier of your choice, to the following address: 272 Rockaway Road Oakview CA, 93022

  6.   Please declare the contents as “9801 US GOODS RETURNING” on your commercial invoice. *Customer must declare this to avoid a deduction from their exchange or store credit!

  7.  We cannot issue exchange or store credit until the package is received. If the package is lost in transit, it is your responsibility to file a claim with your carrier, if insurance was purchased.

 

Returning Final Sale Items

Pieces marked as Final Sale are not eligible for return, exchange or store credit. Additionally, items purchased using promotional codes other than our email signup code or the discount for returning customers are not eligible for returns. If you have any questions about an item before purchasing it, you can always contact us at support@vanessamooney.com or use our chat portal. If you purchase a Final Sale item and it arrives damaged, that's a different story, so please contact us right away!

Discount Codes

All items that were discounted using a Discount Code, Sale Code, Site wide Sale or Holiday Sale codes are not eligible for return. But can be exchanged or returned for store credit. Sale section items that were further discounted after markdown using a code are not eligible for return, exchange or store credit and are subject to the same Final Sale policy noted above.

Only one discount can be used per order. Discounts cannot be stacked.

RETURNS FOR DEFECTED ITEMS

If you find your item to be defected reach out to us immediately with the issue. Once your return has shipped, allow for normal shipping times for us to receive it back here to us. You can track your return shipment in our Online Returns Center. Once we have received your return, please allow up to 7-10 business days for us to process your return, inspect the items and issue your store credit or exchange. Please note that the estimated return amount given in our Online Returns Center is indeed estimated, as we reserve the right to make any necessary adjustments based on the condition of the item(s) being returned.  

 

• REPAIRS

Jewelry Damages

At this time, we are not offering repair services for Jewelry. If you have purchased the piece and it arrives damaged we offer exchanges and store credits for the damaged or defective piece within 60 days. After the 2 months we are unable to accept exchanges, returns or store credit for damaged, broken or defected jewelry, clothing or swim.
